LABOR S.A. as a certification body attaches great importance to the security and protection of personal data of prospective or active customers, suppliers, employees or generally collaborating third parties.

    LABOR collects the absolutely necessary data in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory framework for Certification Bodies, collection of data from certifications, inspections and audits, in the context of your communication, support or information as well as in any other activity.

    LABOR use the information for the following processing purposes, based on the contract signed:

    • For data and data management in the context of certification, inspection and testing services
    • For your information about the services and projects of LABOR as well as answering requests, questions, suggestions and comments on improving the company’s services
    • For reasons of internal assurance of the quality of the services of LABOR.
    • For internal operations and analysis such as internal management, fraud prevention, use of management, pricing, accounting, billing and control information systems.
  4. Principles of data collection and processing
    LABOR applies the ten principles of elaboration of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 / EU which are legality, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, limitation of storage time, integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
    LABOR also protects and secures the eight rights regarding the use of personal data (information, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, opposition and non-automated decision-making based on profile, as specified in Regulation 2016/679 / EU and Greek law ).     LABOR requests the minimum required by law personal data for the implementation of its services and the best possible service.
    LABOR retains your personal data only for as long as required by the contractual terms of each service, in conjunction with the text for Certification Bodies but also the general telecommunications, tax and other legislation and regulatory framework, based on the purpose of processing and then the destroys. Personal data is kept in case required by law for tax, evidentiary or judicial purposes and for the prosecution of illegal acts.

  7. Transmission of data to third parties
