LABOR S.A. as a certification body attaches great importance to the security and protection of personal data of prospective or active customers, suppliers, employees or generally collaborating third parties.

LABOR collects the absolutely necessary data in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory framework for Certification Bodies, collection of data from certifications, inspections and audits, in the context of your communication, support or information as well as in any other activity. - Data processing

- Principles of data collection and processing
LABOR applies the ten principles of elaboration of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 / EU which are legality, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, limitation of storage time, integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
