The course explains how to use harmonized standards to demonstrate conformity and benefit from the “presumption of conformity” principle, which streamlines compliance. Practical guidance is given on building a complete Technical File, including required content such as risk assessments, test reports, and design documentation.

Finally, attendees learn how to compile and issue a Declaration of Conformity, a legally required document that affirms compliance and supports market transparency. The program equips manufacturers and product developers with the knowledge needed to navigate the CE marking process with confidence and precision.
